• RENT: From Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend: $900* for up to seven nights, $130 a night for each additional night. Before Memorial Day weekend or after Labor Day weekend, prices are $450 per weekend or $700 for the week. 
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 (To be returned within one week of check-out if no damage and clean)
• Rent and Security deposit are due no later than four weeks prior to check- in, less the reservation deposit.
• NO ANIMALS/ NO SMOKING IN CAMPER

Cancellation Policy

• In the event of a cancellation after payment is made four weeks prior to the reservation, refunds will be made as follows:
  Three weeks prior to reservation – 75% will be refunded.
  Two weeks prior to reservation -50% will be refunded.
  One week prior to reservation – no refund.
